This happens because the swloadersw.dll DLL has not been registered properly.
1. First locate swloadersw.dll in \sltils.
2. Start, then Run, then type: regsvr32 [path-to-DLL] and press enter or click OK. If the path to the DLL contains spaces, enclose the entire path in quotation marks.
3. If this does not fix the problem, repair the SolidWorks Installation with antivirus and firewall turned off.
