津巴布韦*有提供，这样的钻石，但是投资钻石的基本条件：
1）资金要首先津巴布韦或国际银行验证证明。
2）了解细节的宝石。必须在居住国贸易许可证和护照照片。
3）500万美元的买家和投资者的是投资的最低要求，就可以对津巴布韦的访问，来验证合作。对于那些想要做增值项目需要相关项目的经营许可证。
4）投资者必须证明有以上三点，并且了解钻石的价值或挖掘，对此项目非常感兴趣。而且他/她必须表明投资阶段投入的大小，这个投资者将会津巴布韦*归类。
5）我将会联系投资者与津巴布韦国防部负责人。
简而言之，我们津巴布韦*正在寻找资金和必要的法律文书和证明来保护来津巴布韦的买家/投资者的权益，

For DIAMONDS the basic conditions are :
1) Proof of Funds verified by a 1st class Zimbabwean or International bank.
2) Details of Gemologist. Trading licence in country of residence and passport picture.
3)Minimum application of USD 5 million for buyers and for Investors the prerequisite is a visit to Zimbabwe to come and see claims and choose then the negotiations can begin. For those seeking to do value addition projects, licence fees will need to be paid before commencement.
4)The Investor must indicate which of the three he is interested in ie Buying or Value addition or Mining. He/she must indicate approximate size of Investment in order that he be categorised.
5) I will then link him up with my guys at Ministry Of Defence.
In a nutshell we are looking at SERIOUSNESS @ PROOF OF FUNDS and necessary legal documents and clearances. For the visit to Zimbabwe the Buyer/Investor pays for his own costs. But we will host him here and vast up to ten claims if he is an investor into mining. They will be required for commitment fees , licence fees etc.
