这个区别很简单，关键是看那个形容词是什么单词。

如果该结构中的形容词是表示数量多少的much或little，则用so；
如果该结构中的形容词是除了much和little之外的任意形容词，则用such.

楼主给的例句中，形容词是good，不是much/little，所以当然用such.
