Stirred tank reactor is by the two parts of the mixer body and a kettle body, mainly in the head and cylinder body composed of, for the medium and low pressure volume; stirring device is provided with a stirring paddle and composed of the axis, usually in the form of the process; transmission device is for driving the stirring device and setting, the main motor, recer, coupling and drive shaft.; seal device for dynamic seal, commonly used mechanical seals and packing seal; they and support, into the hole, process piping accessories constitute complete jacketed reactor.
This design describes the design proceres and matters needing attention in the design of the stirred tank reactor. This design mainly includes the overall structure design of the reactor, the diameter of the cylinder design, cylinder thickness design, design height of the barrel body, transmission system design, choose seal type and related parts of the selection; also includes material selection, the jacket of the selection, calculation of the thickness of clip. And the main parts of the drawing and assembly drawings and other parts.
